Shipping & Return Policy
We hope you love all your purchases with us, but if something happens to not work out we are happy to help you with an exchange or return for store credit!
*All items MUST BE un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have original tags still attached.
All Returns and Exchanges will be accepted for a shop credit in the amount of the subtotal paid BEFORE SHIPPING, and must be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Please note: returns are only accepted for items purchased at full price, this excludes items purchased from sales or any other purchase made with a discount.
Exchanges: Due to limited quantities per unique style, we can't guarantee an exchange. If possible, we recommend placing a new order for merchandise exchange immediately before waiting on store credit to be issued.
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and merchandise must be shipped back at the cost of the customer.
We recommend that you send items back using a method with a tracking number. Brand of Bliss is not responsible for items that are lost while in transit.
While it is our top priority to get orders out as quickly as possible and we strive to have them out within 5-7 days, sometimes our processing time could take up to 4 weeks. We are UNABLE to cancel any order(s) within our turnaround time.

We try our very best to be nearly perfect ;) but mistakes can happen on our end. If you receive incorrect merchandise or you believe an item is defective, please contact us! All claims must be made within 7 days of purchase date. Please keep the packaging from your order and email us at email@example.com for a prepaid shipping label for the return. Please use the original packaging to ship the item back to us. We will get your corrected order out as soon as we are contacted and the original package is received.
Please note: there are no returns/exchanges on headwear, swimwear, footwear, skincare or makeup due to sanitation issues.
All sale and discounted items are final and no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations will be allowed. These items are also subject to limited availability.
